Overview
Own the day-to-day for Tallinn hub operations: shift planning, scan coverage, customs handover, and partner interchange SLAs across every corridor that passes through the hub.
You'll run hub shifts from the floor, keep the sort clean, hold the 48-hour max dwell commitment, and own the interchange paperwork with named operators at the EU end of every corridor. The role pairs with a named ops manager at Amsterdam; together you're the pair that makes Tallinn-Amsterdam a daily reality.
What we need
What we need
- 3+ years in postal or parcel operations, hub-side. Cross-border a plus.
- Comfortable on the floor; comfortable on the data side (PowerBI or equivalent).
- Estonian working-fluent, English working-fluent. Russian useful.

- Experience with IOSS customs workflows.
- Previous hub-relocation or capacity-expansion project.
